Safety isn’t just a buzzword for us – it’s our obsession. We sanitize our tools and shoes like we’re preparing for surgery. Every team member goes through more background checks than a spy agency. We’ll even send you a gate closure photo so you know everything’s secure. Your pup is safer with us than a toddler in a bubble.

Let’s talk dollars and sense. Plans start at $125 per month, but most of our clients spend between $145 and $185. Think of it as investing in your sanity and shoes that don’t mysteriously get… decorated.

Nope. No contracts, no commitment. Start, pause, cancel – do whatever you want. We’re not clingy. You can manage everything through your customer portal or shoot us an email. Total freedom.

Gross but important question. We treat dog waste like the hazardous material it is. Professionally removed, properly processed, environmentally responsible. We’re basically eco-warriors with pooper scoopers.

Your friendly pups can totally hang out during service. Aggressive dogs? They’ll need to chill inside. We love dogs, but we also love our team’s safety. If Cujo’s giving us the side-eye, we might need to have a chat.

We’ll do our best to match your schedule. While we can’t guarantee your exact dream day, we typically offer 2-3 options. We’re flexible – just like a yoga instructor, but with less stretching and more scooping.

Here’s the deal: we optimize routes overnight to keep costs down and efficiency up. We’ll be there, but we can’t promise an exact time. Think of us like a surprise party – unexpected, but always welcome.
